Toy Story That Time Forgot Poster

Toy Story That Time Forgot is a Christmas TV Special that takes place after Toy Story 3. Directed by Steve Purcell and produced by Gayln Susman, this heartwarming story follows the beloved Toy Story characters as they find themselves in uncharted territory.

Synopsis

Official Synopsis from Pixar.com states: "During a post-Christmas playdate, the gang find themselves in uncharted territory when the coolest set of action figures ever turn out to be dangerously delusional. It's all up to Trixie, the triceratops, if the gang hopes to return to Bonnie's room in this Toy Story That Time Forgot."

Plot

One holiday afternoon, Bonnie's toys gather for a playdate. Trixie, feeling left out, yearns to be played with as a dinosaur. Bonnie takes her toys, including Woody, Buzz, Rex, and Angel Kitty, to her friend Mason's house. There, they discover a new set of action figures called the Battlesaurs, led by Reptillus Maximus and the Cleric.

Trixie and Reptillus form a connection, but soon, they realize that the Battlesaurs are dangerously delusional. They engage in gladiatorial combat, and Woody and Buzz are captured. Trixie intervenes, but a giant beast named Goliathon swallows Woody and Buzz.

Trixie manages to escape and save Bonnie's attention. Meanwhile, the Cleric reveals his true intentions and plans to dispose of Woody and Buzz. Trixie convinces Reptillus to embrace being a toy, and they save Woody and Buzz just in time.

Back in Bonnie's playroom, the toys settle into more peaceful playtime. Trixie realizes that she can be anything during playtime because she has Bonnie's name on her hand. The toys bid farewell and return home, but not before realizing that Angel Kitty has mysteriously vanished.
